PROJECT STATEMENT:

A pediatric behavioral health clinic has leased the ground floor of an office building in Dallas, TX. Designed to help children in two age groups, younger children aged 5 to 12 and teens aged 13 to 18, the clinic will serve all children and their families in various therapeutic formats, from individual to extensive group therapy sessions. The lease space also requires spaces to perform art, light, sound, and movement therapies. The clinic must accommodate the patients, their families, the care team, and an administrative staff on a floor requiring egress exits for the rest of the building.
